Be wary of unexpected email messages or phone calls – even if

the sender appears to be someone you know.

Do not fall for scare or pressure tactics. Do not let urgency keep

you from doing a thorough review.

Verify request for payment or information using known and

verified phone numbers and personnel.

Do not click on links or attachments from unknown sources. If you do not personally know the sender, clicking can be a mistake.
